Ishtar's Armada (이스타 사략함대, iseuta salyaghamdae)ⓘ are the last great Pirates and Explorers of the Universe. Lead by Captain Claye Ethel, they were once under the authority of the Ista Imperial, and conquered all enemies of the galaxy. Now they have a new/final quest: to obtain the Great Treasures of the Ancient Pirate Lords.
They are part of the Overlord Grade system, introduced in the Second Impact patch.
