[CD: 17.3 sec]		Active 3Crying Soul ( Magical/Ranged) For 4 seconds, inflicts 349% damage with a chance to dispel enemy buffs every second. Recovers HP by 698% of the inflicted damage, and enemies who have been hit will be given a Cold Death seal. Brightspark cannot be interrupted while casting Crying Soul. [CD: 20.9 sec]

Embodiment of Frost lasts for 3 seconds and recovers HP every second. Grants 5 seals of Cold Death to all enemies when the duration ends. [CD: 38 sec]		ULTIMATE PassiveGhost of the Grim Reaper The number of seals of Cold Death on enemeis are doubled. 100% chance to stuns all enemies for 2 seconds when reborn as the "Embodiment of Frost."		ARCH PassiveSoul Cry Doubles the damage from "Crying Souls" (3rd) and inflict two additional "Cold Death" marks. Additionally, during "Frost Armor" (P1) Brightspark now only receives 15% of her STA as damage (instead of 35%).
Transcended Brightspark			Inflicts splash damage and grants "Cold Death" seals. Cold Death decreases enemies' ATK Speed, decreases cooldown recovery time, and increases damage of Frost Explosion.
